TIA High School Planting

Broad Street and Belleville Avenue, southwest corner

The eastern façade of the 1912 Beaux Arts design of the high school, designed by architect Charles Granville Jones, remains intact. The Building has been enlarged several times in the original style. However a drastically avant-garde wing to the north and a massive inappropriate wing to the south have compromised Mr. Jones' original building beyond belief.

All of the shrubbery and lamp posts (only one of 13 shown in the photo) have been removed.
